Cancellation and Deposits Policy for Pouring on the Go: We're excited to be a part of your upcoming event and can't wait to bring our mobile bar services to you! To ensure a seamless and exceptional experience, please take note of our cancellation and deposits policy outlined below: Deposits: To secure your reservation and confirm our services for your event, we require a deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon amount. This deposit is due upfront upon booking and serves as a commitment from both parties. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. We'll provide you with a reminder and payment instructions to ensure everything is in place for your celebration. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event: We will refund the full deposit amount. Cancellation between 7 to 14 days prior to the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation within 7 days of the event: The deposit will not be refunded. In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, accidents, or other uncontrollable situations, we will provide a full refund of your deposit. Please note that any changes in the scope of services, event date, or location after booking may affect the deposit and payment terms.
