I acknowledge and understand the importance of punctuality and responsible behavior during the event hosted by Pouring on the Go. In consideration of the services provided and the items offered, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

Timeliness: I understand that the event is scheduled to begin promptly. I commit to arriving at the event location on time, not later than the scheduled start time.

Responsibility for Items: I acknowledge that any items, equipment, or property provided by Pouring on the Go are the responsibility of the attendees during the event. I agree to treat all items with care and respect.

Liability for Loss, Theft, or Damage: In the event that I arrive at the event location 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time, I accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or breakage of Pouring on the Go's property that may occur during the event. I understand that I will be charged the full replacement cost for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to my negligence or actions.

Charges for Damages: I acknowledge that Pouring on the Go reserves the right to charge my credit card or deduct from my deposit the full cost of replacement or repair for any items that are damaged, lost, or stolen during the event, if I am found responsible for such incidents.

Respectful Behavior: I agree to behave in a respectful and considerate manner during the event. I will refrain from engaging in any actions that could lead to damage, theft, or loss of property, as well as actions that disrupt the event or cause discomfort to other attendees.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above. I agree to comply with these terms in order to ensure the success and enjoyment of the event for all participants, as well as the integrity of Pouring on the Go's services and property.
